The California Legal Document Assistant Bond (LDA Bond or Paralegal Bond) is provided as a renewable Two-Year Term.
The requirements for the California LDA Bond:
If your office has 1-4 LDA’s, the Bond requirement is $25,000;
If your office has 5-9 LDA’s, the Bond requirement is $50,000;
If your office has 10 or more LDA’s, the Bond requirement is $100,000.
