Defective Title Bonds

The Motor Vehicle Defective Title Bond (Motor Vehicle Bond) is required by the Department of Motor Vehicles when a vehicle’s title is lost or defective.

The vehicle’s year, make, model, vehicle identification number, and current estimated value are required.
