Conservatorship Bonds
A Conservatorship Bond may be required if someone is appointed as a Conservator for another who cannot manage their affairs. This process is common in cases involving elderly individuals, those with disabilities, or individuals who are mentally incapacitated.
Conservatorship Bonds guarantee the Conservator will act honestly and competently when managing the conservatee’s finances.
When sending the completed application to our office, in addition to the bond application, provide a copy of the “Order for Probate” from the court (originals not required).
