Process Server Bonds

To apply for a Process Server Bond, download the application provided and follow the instructions below.

Process Server Bonds in California are required as a $2000 Bond, with a duration of 2-Years.  The premium is only $49.00, with no credit check.

The effective date of the bond, should be the same date you provide the bond to your County Recorder’s Office; allow enough time for the bond to be mailed to you.  Bonds cannot be back-dated.
