The California Legal Document Assistant Bond (LDA Bond or Paralegal Bond) is provided as a renewable Two-Year Term.

Individual LDA Bonds must be written in the individual’s name, not a business name, LLC or corporation name.

For LDA Bonds written for individuals, with a $25,000 bond limit, the 2 year premium is $150.00

For LDA Bonds written for a company with 1-4 LDA’s, the bond limit requirement is $25,000, and the 2 year premium is $375.00

For LDA Bonds written for a company with 5-9 LDA’s, the bond limit requirement is $50,000, and the 2 year premium total is $750.00

For LDA Bonds written for a company with 10 or more LDA’s, the bond limit requirement is $100,000, and the 2 year premium total is $1,500.00
