California Auctioneer Bond

The Auctioneer Bond is required for all licensed auctioneers. If you have a license to function as both an Auctioneer and as an Auctioneer Company, you would need to purchase two separate bonds. Otherwise, one bond is sufficient.

The bond and application must read exactly the same as the Auctioneer's License registered with the State of California.

NOTE: The Auctioneer Bond has a $20,000 penalty amount as required by the State of California. This is a two year bond with a $350.00 required premium.
